MANUAL TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Communication Error
-
Click the CORRECT ERROR button to remove this error.
-
Perform shutdown procedure and then restart the analyzer.
-
If the error still exists, please check the relevant board card inside the analyzer
Pressure chamber pressure failed
(to low or high)
-
Click the CORRECT ERROR button to perform component initialization.
-
If the error still exists, please check pipeline connected with the pressure chamber has a clog or blown-out air problem.
-
check and clean the SV18, SV23, and SV19 valve.
No Diluent, No LD Lyse, No LH Lyse
-
Check whether the alarm information corresponding reagent bottle has a reagent. If there is no reagent, please replace it with another bottle or new reagent. then click the CORRECT ERROR button to perform the action of changing the reagent.

If the reagent is checked to have the remaining amount, please check whether part of the pipelines of the level sensor of the alarm information corresponding reagent have bubbles.

Check and clean the driver board-level sensor detection.
Waste Full
-
Replace a new waste bottle or empty the waste bottle.
-
If the waste bottle is not full, check the sensor line or the sensor damaged.
Hydraulic pressure abnormal
-
Click the CORRECT ERROR button to remove this error.
-
If the error still exists, check and clean the SV11 and SV13 valve.
WBC and RBC cell clog
-
Click the CORRECT ERROR button to perform the action or removing the blockage.
-
Unplug the connection of the WBC and RBC chamber, use a syringe to push and pull the rear chamber pipeline manually.
-
If the error still exists, replace the aperture.
Flow cell clog
-
Click the CORRECT ERROR button to perform the flow cell block action.
-
Check and clean the SV11 and SV13 valves.
-
If the error still exists, pullout the SV11 pipeline injects distilled water to the pipeline with a syringe manually, and dredge the flow cell.
Unstable Repeatability of Results
-
Shake the sample well.
-
select the appropriate sample.
-
Enter "Service > Daily Maintenance > Clean" interface and perform " Clean WBC/RBC/DIFF Tank" action.
-
If it still exists, Enter the " Service > Daily Maintenance > Clean" interface and perform the "Clean WBC/RBC/DIFF Tank with probe cleanser" action.
WBC/RBC/DIFF chamber liquid overflow
-
Eneter "Service > Self-test" interface, and check whether SV16, SV17 SV18, SV20, SV22, SV 23 valve are working properly.
-
Check whether the pipeline connected to liquid pump and valves is detached.
Air Blanking /Background test failed
-
Click the CORRECT ERROR button, and conduct a blank test again.
-
Check whether the reagent is expired or contaminated.
-
Enter "Service > Routine Maintenance > Clean" interface, perform the "Liquid Circuit Clean/Remove Blockage" action, re-test the blank after the operation.
-
Use probe cleanser function to clean corresponding parts "WBC/RBC/DIFF".
-
Emsure that the analyzer is away from interference sources.
